Files and uploads
Uploaded images and documents are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible, and the form record does not store your IP address.
Email delivery through Resend
For Casavia notifications and automatic confirmations, required email data and attachments are processed by Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA. The provider's DPA includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses and refers to its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification. The access key is stored exclusively on the server and is never exposed in the browser.
Cookies and local storage
Casavia currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. A short-lived security cookie protects online forms, and local storage only remembers whether the privacy notice has already been acknowledged.
Casavia on Instagram
Casavia operates the business profile @casavia.immo. Visiting or interacting with that external profile is subject to data processing by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Magazine previews on this website are retrieved server-side and do not establish a direct browser connection to Meta during a normal page view.
